Eolus Wind Power Management (EWPM) is seeking a Head of Asset Management to lead our asset management department. In this role, you will lead and develop a talented team that manages wind power projects on behalf of our customers and partners.

You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing and winning new business opportunities, and ensuring we remain at the forefront of the renewable energy industry. We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to grow our business and enhance our processes for a more efficient and sustainable future.

Eolus Wind Power Management (EWPM) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Eolus, dedicated to the operation and management of completed wind power projects on behalf of their owners. Our team of 17 professionals is spread across Malmö, Halmstad, Gothenburg, and Sundsvall, and includes both Technical Asset Managers and Operations Economists.

Who are you?
You are a driven leader with a passion for developing people and working at the intersection of economics and technology. You have strong commercial insight, understand income statements, and bring experience in contract negotiation. Most importantly, you are a responsive and committed leader who builds trust, supports your team, and creates opportunities for others to grow and thrive.

Your Qualifications:

✔ Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to develop, motivate, and inspire teams.

✔ Solid technical knowledge and a hands-on understanding of technical operations and management.

✔ Strong commercial awareness and a keen interest in business development, including experience negotiating service agreements.

✔ Previous experience working in an international environment, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural collaboration.

✔ A structured, solution-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

✔ Experience in the wind power industry is considered an advantage.

✔ Proficient in English with strong communication skills

Your Role and Responsibilities:
This is a full-time position based in Malmö, Halmstad, Sundsvall, or Gothenburg. All our offices are centrally located with excellent public transport connections. While we prefer the role to be based in Halmstad, regular travel to our project sites and other offices is part of the job. For this reason, a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently are required.

You will report directly to our COO and lead a team of technical managers responsible for overseeing the operation of wind farms. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the right resources are allocated to meet customer needs and that operations are executed according to established plans.

The role involves regular internal collaboration and close coordination with our internal operations finance team. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing our service offering and creating and winning new business opportunities.
