The legal function acts as a support function to the CEO and is responsible for legal queries. The function handles tasks such as drawing up commercial agreements, negotiation with external partners, and control of legal standards of documentation. Moreover, the function handles company insurances, policies, and internal controls, and is responsible for "whistleblowing", an important function to ensure things are handled correctly. 

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is a support function that supports management with guidelines, instructions, and operational work in the different projects under development, construction, and operations. The focus is on ensuring that Eolus has a good work environment across all functions. Moreover, the function works with monitoring and visits on-site, creation of documentation, and dialogue with external and internal parties. 

Human Resources (HR) focuses on the human capital within the company – in other words, the employees. The function acts as a supportive function to managers and personnel in aspects related to recruitment, skills development, work environment, leadership, reorganization, salary, and benefits reviews, and has competence in labor laws. Working with HR, you need to have a genuine interest in people, and it is the employees that makes the difference in ensuring the companys success.

The communication function is responsible for both internal and external communications, profiling the Eolus Group as a whole, public affairs and project communications. In collaboration with finance, we produce quarterly- and annual reports as well as our sustainability report. The sustainability function coordinates, develops and manages Eolus sustainability work in close collaboration with the organisation, and works to create engagement amongst employees. The IT function is responsible for security and the daily operations of our IT-systems, ensures that IT-solutions support the business and manages improvement projects within the IT area.
